VIT University, Vellore M.Tech Scholarships 2014

VIT University, Vellore invites application for M.Tech Scholarships for students pursuing their Master of Technology (M.Tech) program offered in various disciplines at Chennai and Vellore for academic session 2014-15.
Scholarship Details:

1. Monthly stipend of Rs 4000 for top six GATE scores in each M.Tech program.
2. Top VITMEE/GATE scorers will get a stipend of 3600 Euros (i.e. Rs 2.40 lakhs) for a double degree programs in Communication Engineering from UAS, Darmstadt, Germany (under DADD fellowship) and in Sensor Systems from UAS, Karlsruhe.

Eligibility:

1. Applicant for admission should be of Indian national and should have graduated from institutions in India.
2. Candidates should have graduated with a full time degree from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% for M.Tech degree programs
3. Consistent record in X and XII Std is necessary.
4. Candidates appearing for their final degree exam/final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.
